About Dr. Joy
Dr. Joy spent 20 years building a corporate career: from patent attorney at a boutique firm, to in-house compliance attorney for a national company, to compliance executive. She has spent the years since helping other Christian women in corporate leadership navigate the same kind of transition.
She believes success without alignment can still leave a woman weary, and that God often uses transition to restore identity, refine direction, and reveal what is next.
Through this program, Dr. Joy brings together coaching, discernment, Scripture-rooted reflection, and practical next steps so women can stop striving for certainty and start walking in obedience with confidence.
