For 20 years, I built a career most people would call successful.Ā I started as an IP and patent attorney at a boutique firm and worked my way up to compliance executive at a national healthcare company.Ā I hit every mark.Ā Earned every title.Ā And I still knew there had to be more for me to do.
So I stopped chasing the next title and went to the Word instead. Not for a five-year plan. For clarity about who God says I am, the gifts He's given me, and how He wanted me to use them. God gave me one clear step, and I took it. Then another. Then another. The career clarity came after I listened and obeyed. Clarity was the result, not the goal.Ā
That's the same process I now walk other women through. Not a strategy session. A return to the Word, so that whatever comes next, whether that's leading differently where you are or stepping into something new, it's built on something that holds.
